Your cell phone is dead and you need to make a call in a hotel? Nobody ever thinks there wouldn’t be a phone in the room. Well, that was going to be the case after the renovation was completed at this La Quinta. Lines were left not working and some rooms had a phone jack too far from the desk. You could always not put a phone in the room or leave a phone on the floor, but that’s unacceptable. With the Grand Opening coming soon and rooms needing to be rented for the holidays, we were called in to get phones working in all rooms and new phone jacks installed next to desks for convenient access.
